Full-time employee: monthly salary 260,000 yen～
Part-time job: from 1,300 yen per hour

Is there an age limit for applying?
As long as you’re 18 or older, your age doesn’t matter. In fact, while most of our members are in their 20s, we also have active members in their 30s and 40s. What matters isn’t your age, but your desire to take on new challenges. No matter what stage of life you’re in, BEK welcomes you.
I am a foreign national, can I apply?
Of course, you can apply. BEK is a multinational team, and we currently have members from various countries working with us. We don’t have any specific requirements regarding Japanese language proficiency—as long as you’re willing to communicate, you’ll be fine. Please feel free to contact us to discuss this further.
What are your working hours and shifts?
We can accommodate your lifestyle, whether you're looking for full-time, part-time, or shift work. We're open to discussing options like "just three days a week" or "evenings only," so please let us know your preferences.
What is your salary and benefits package?
Compensation is determined based on experience, role, and employment type. We will provide details during the interview. Benefits include a pay raise system, a bonus system (based on performance), reimbursement for commuting expenses, and comprehensive social insurance coverage. We have a work environment where your hard work is fully recognized.
Are there any meal allowances or staff benefits?
Yes, we offer a great benefits package! If you work 6 hours or more, you’ll receive a meal (staff meal). Also, as a perk for BEK Creators (staff), you can purchase tacos at a 50% discount.
Are there opportunities to work at stores in other regions or go on business trips?
Yes, that’s possible! If you’re interested, we’re flexible about arranging assignments or transfers to other locations nationwide. We support those who want to gain experience in various regions and improve their skills.
What is the atmosphere like at your workplace? Are human relations good?
We’re a multinational team with a very flat, open atmosphere. We value an environment where everyone can share their opinions, regardless of age, nationality, or experience. Of course, no workplace is completely free of interpersonal issues, but thanks to our culture of “speaking openly,” you can always turn to someone for advice if you’re facing a problem. This is a place where people who truly care about their colleagues come together.
Is it easy to take time off? Can I use paid vacations?
Yes, it’s an environment that makes it easy to take time off. Since we operate on a shift system, you can request your preferred days off in advance. We also encourage employees to take paid time off, and many team members actually do so. We believe that “taking time off is part of the job,” so please make sure to prioritize your travel, visits home, and personal plans.
