Innovative Taco is a new food experience originating from Okinawa's Chanpuru culture and fusing world cuisines and Japanese technology. As “creators” rather than cooks, we create each taco by hand, pursuing an unprecedented sense of togetherness and experience. Based on our original tortillas, which are baked one by one, we have designed an experience in which all the elements are integrated.
