Due to the positive response to our previous feature, *Mapple Tokyo Sightseeing ’27*, set for release in July 2026, once again features Blue Entrance Kitchen (BEK), an innovative taco brand from Okinawa.

The magazine features our original fermented tortilla, “Panú,” crafted by hand in our own factory, as well as the origins of the original “Drinkable Tacos,” where the fillings and sauce blend seamlessly together.
